This place has the best Mexican food I've ever had. I've had both the chicken molé enchiladas and the chicken enchiladas with avocado poblano sauce, both are very flavorful and large portions! I always come here every time I visit Phoenix. The margaritas are strong and well priced as well! Would recommend!

This was an excellent find for lunch. Very authentic with real charm. I had the red chili spiced pork with rice and beans. They also have great Mexican beers you rarely see elsewhere. They offer a small restaurant or the outdoor cantina. We sat on the patio and it was perfect. There's also a barber shop you can get your ears lowered if needed.

I stopped by last night for takeout - I ordered the carne adobada burrito plate and the shredded beef burrito plate, with green chili added. Both were absolutely incredible - delicious beans and rice, with unbelievably flavorful meat in the two burritos. If you are in Scottsdale, do not hesitate to go here and have some of the most delicious, authentic Mexican food you will ever try.

In the heart of OldTown Scottsdale is this gem of a restaurant. I don't know the history but it feels like it's survived gentrification because everything around it is new and has a hipster vibe. There is a fun outdoor patio but we sat indoors for the A/C. Our server was super helpful and fun. Recommend a house margarita with upgraded tequila. Loved everything we ordered, chimi, pork tacos...
